Fear is a natural response that keeps us humans alive, but sometimes we have fears that are debilitating and hurt us more than help us. There are many incorrect beliefs about depression. For example "Depression is hereditary", "There's no cure.", "If there was a cure it wouldn't work.", "I don't deserve to be cured." Your first session with the issue you want to address will take 2-3 hours. It doesn't feel like 2-3 hours while under hypnosis. It's like watching a good movie. The process just moves right along. The investment is only $375. Most issues are resolved in 1-3 sessions. We are not talking years of therapy.

These are not common unless you want to work on a completely different issue (although a lot of issues are related. Like weight loss/ body image can be related to beliefs about money - you know... finish everything on your plate or don't waste food or throw anything away... like that). The investment for these sessions are $300 each - with a time investment of about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours
This is for anyone who is wary of hypnosis. It can be done over the phone, zoom, or in-person. You don't go deep like hypnosis, but you are relaxed. Cara guides you and teaches you tools to tap into your divine self and release unwanted negative emotions so you feel lighter, calmer, clearer, happier, and more peaceful generally. 1 hour $150
All Hypnotherapy Sessions include a 10 - 20 minute personalized hypnosis recording to reinforce the new beliefs and affirmations that empower you to get what you want. One of the rules of the mind is that you tend to reject what is unfamiliar and move toward what is familiar. Repetition makes something unfamiliar familiar. (Ad companies know this well). Make a 30 minute appointment with Cara and with her guidance, tell her what affirmations you want to believe and she will make you a personalized hypnosis recording for you to listen to over and over. She recommends listening to it every night before you go to sleep for a minimum of 21 days. It will be emailed to you. Length of recording - about 15 minutes. $80
